Workman & Morris lead Bearcat attack in win over Adena
Matt Workman
14-17, 363 yards, 3 TDs, TD rec.
Colton Morris
TD rush, TD rec., TD pass, INT
Quarterback Matt Workman entered Friday night with an injured ankle, but the senior captain "gave it a
go" and produced possibly his finest career performance. Workman threw touchdown passes to Colton
Morris, Garett Tyree, and Wes Parker, and then caught a 38-yard scoring strike from Morris to
complete a four-touchdown performance. The Parker touchdown marks the fourth straight week the
junior has found the end zone.

Colton Morris had another huge night. The All-Ohioan recorded an INT on defense, while on offense he
rushed for a score, caught a score, and threw another. Morris rushed 13 times for 83 yards and had a
role in over 200 yards of total offense. As a team, Paint Valley had 563 total yards of offense.

Adena led 12-6 at the half and 19-12 halfway through the third, but the big-play, Paint Valley offense
answered on all occassions.

Adena rushed for well over 300 yards as Buddy Barnes rushed 33 times for 181 yards and teammate
Jimmy Starr rushed 17 times for 149.
