Davis represented District 14 in the Division II State All-Star Match this past weekend. Maddie finished with seven kills in 13
attempts with only one hitting error for a kill percentage of 58%.. Maddie also tallied four blocks in the three game match.

Erin Dailey a senior at Zane Trace High School signed to play basketball at Shawnee State University.
She is a four year letterman averaging 11 points, 11 rebounds, 4 blocks, 2 assists, and 4 steals per game.
Her plans are to study Occupational Therapy while playing basketball for coach Robin Hagen-Smith and The SSU Bears.
Huntington High School senior Darik Holschuh signed Friday, Feb. 4, 2011 to play football at West Virginia University Institute of
Technology.  Darik was SVC Honorable Mention for two years and is an SVC Scholar Athlete.

Darik is being recruited by the Golden Bears to play offensive line. West Virginia Tech is an NAIA Division I team theat competes
in the Mid-South Conference. Darik will be studying Civil Engineering.

Huntington's Brandon Magill
to run CC at the next level
Huntington's Brandon Magill recently signed to
run cross country next year for Shawnee State.
Magill, who ran all the way to the state meet
last season, plans to major in education.
Doug French, a senior track and
cross country athlete for Unioto,
signed a national letter of intent last
week to attend Malone University.  
Malone is the two-time defending
National Champions for NAIA in
cross country and are coached by
the US Distance Coach for the 2012
London Olympics Jack Hazen.  
Doug was a state qualifier in Cross
Country last year and earned
All-Ohio honors in track in his
junior year for Unioto as a member
of the schools 4x800 meter relay.  
He also was a member of this
winter's 4x800 team which finished
6th in Ohio.   French opens his
Senior Outdoor Season today at the
Zane Trace Invitational.

Unioto's Kelsey Detillion will be attend Otterbein University in the fall where she
will be a member of the Cardinal track team. There she will join 2010 Unioto
graduate Liza Elliott.  Kelsey is a National Honor Society member and past
Scioto Valley Conference and Ross County Champion in the discus.  Kelsey
plans to study athletic training and physical therapy.
Josh Cushing is headed to Wright State to play golf. As a senior at Unioto, Cushing averaged a 38.6 as
he ended a career that included three All-SVC selections, two appearances in the state tournament,
and a pair of state honorable mention finishes as a junior (13th) and as a senior (15th).

Zane Trace senior Karina Partee will continue her
volleyball career at Ohio Wesleyan University. Karina was
a four year letter winner at Zane Trace and helped lead the
2011 team to the district championship game.

Capital University Volleyball has gained the services of an Adena High School senior who helped lead
two teams to the State Final Four. 6'1 middle hitter Olivia Arledge will play for the Crusaders starting
next fall, while studying nursing.

Arledge started her high school volleyball at Southeastern as a freshmen, before she and her family
moved to Frankfort, where she played for the Warriors the next three years.
In three years, Arledge played in two state volleyball tournaments, finishing runner-up in 2009 and
semi-finalist in 2011. Arledge tied an Adena single match record with 26 kills, and set a new single
season record with 408 kills in her senior season.

She was a two-time All SVC first team selection and was Honorable Mention All Ohio last year.

Virginia. Devin was a four-year letter winner at Zane Trace. Unger helped lead the 2011 team
to a district runner-up finish.

The Ohio State University. Farmer, a
senior-to-be, will have to wait until the
national signing day in November to
make it official.

Update (November 15th): Farmer
made it official Thursday (11/15) as

During her High School Career Rachel was 2nd Team all District as a Sophomore and 1st Team All District as a Senior -- She was also
