Big second half push lifts Lady Panthers to one-point win
The lead in Thursday night's SVC battle at Southeastern belonged to Paint Valley for more than 30 minutes; however, Southeastern was on the friendly side of the scoreboard when it mattered most. The blue and white overcame an 11-point PV lead at halftime to record a 41-40 victory. The win - SE's fourth SVC victory - now puts the Lady Panthers in great position to finish in outright fifth place. The tough loss for PV keeps the Bearcats from moving into a sixth-place tie as they now sit at 2-11 in league play.

In tonight's win, Catherine Dresbach scored 12 points to lead the Panthers. Paint Valley's Abbie Walls led all scoreres in the loss with 13 points.
