| With the SVC fall season almost ready to start, SVCsportszone.com is offering you - the fan - a chance to compete against all fans from around the Scioto Valley Conference in the first annual Fall Pick'em Contest. This contest will consist of each participant choosing the winner of every game during the upcoming football season (24 total non-league games plus 28 league games for a total of 52 football games) and volleyball season (the contest will only cover the 56 total SVC games). The contest will be made up of 108 total picks (52 football, 56 volleyball) worth one-point each with the most "wins" making you the champion. In the case of a tie, we will use a score prediction from a Week 10 football game (game TBA later this fall). The contest will also feature the weekly Perfect Club. All players who select a perfect week (which would be eight volleyball games and eight football games for the first three weeks and then four football games when football enters league play) will have their name displayed on the front page of the website for the following week, and it will also display on the Pick'em Perfection Page showing all the perfect weeks from throughout the season. A weekly winner will also be honored each week (total points) which means one football game will be selected each week to decide any tiebreaker situations. At the end of the fall, the winner will obviously be honored on the website, and the player will be presented with a gift package made up of gifts from many of our sponsors. The cost to enter the contest is $10. If you are interested in entering the contest, please look at the sign-up section located on the left side of this page.
