| Piketon beat Paint Valley Tuesday night 69-55. Evan Legg (21), Cody Smith (19), and Jordan Brabson (15) lifted the Redstreaks to the comfortable win. For Paint Valley, two sophomores - Logan Markko and Aaron Claytor - had a breakout game scoring 18 and 17 respectively. The win moves Piketon to a half game over Westfall. The Mustangs host Southeastern Friday night while Piketon welcomes Adena. |

| Zane Trace made only 22-percent of its shots Tuesday night as the Pioneers fell to the second-ranked Logan Elm Braves 50-33 in non-conference play. Kirk Maxwell scored 12 points for Zane Trace in the loss and Rick Chamberlin added five points, 11 rebounds, and 2 blocks. |

| Seven-point lead dissolves in fourth quarter | ||||||||||||||||||
| The Circleville Tigers used a 17-7 fourth-quarter surge to slip past the Unioto Shermans 35-32 in non-conference boys action on Tuesday.
Unioto (1-14) rallied from an 11-2 deficit, outscoring Cirlceville (3-12) by a 12-1 margin in the second quarter to give the Tanks a season's first – a halftime lead at 16-12. Going to the final frame, the Shermans led 25-18. Leading the comeback was David Cydrus with seven of his 11 points down the stretch. Teammate John Klinebriel finished with 10 points. For Unioto, Brick Davis led with 10 points. Cody Strange scored a varsity career high nine points, including one stretch where he scored seven straight points for the Tanks. Alex Kimsey and Quinten Detillion each grabbed 11 rebounds in the loss. Kimsey added six points and five blocked shots. Unioto is set to resume SVC action Friday night at Huntington. |

| Roll scores 22 to lead Adena over Miami Trace Huntington falls to Western |

| Clay Roll scored 22 points Tuesday evening to move into 44th place on the all-time list. Roll was joined by Zach Skaggs and Buddy Barnes in double figures - 17 and 14 respectively - as the Warriors recorded a 70-52 victory. In other non-conference action, Western went on the road to Huntington and picked up a 54-50 victory.
