State Meet at Scioto Downs
Ross runs to third-place finish to help
Unioto to a team finish of fifth-place
Junior Adrian Ross posted a time of 15:29.5 to finish third individually in Saturday's Division-II boys' race
which included 149 total runners. Ross was less than 30 seconds from the state championship. Unioto's
team posted a score of 167 to finish fifth in the state. The rest of the Unioto team finished as follows:

82nd place – JR - Jeremy Sandusky
95th place – SO - Devin Wheeler
103rd place – SR - Zane Taylor
130th place – FR - Ethan Richter
Solid showing at state level for young Zane Trace squad
Zane Trace's final total Saturday was 223 - a score good enough to give them a 10th place finish at the
state level. The Lady Pioneers were just three points shy of moving into a seventh-place finish. Taylor
Hatfield led ZT with a 15th place finish with a time of 18:33.4. The rest of the Zane Trace runners finished
as follows:

In the D-III girls' race Saturday, Piketon's Elisha Manley finished 69th.

In the boys' race, Paint Valley's Daniel Gardner ran a 16:35.6 to finish in 35th place while Huntington's
Brandon Magill finished in 67th place with a time of 17:03.7.
