Fall of 2009 - Week 7
The Adena running back had a great week making it back-to-back weeks for Adena running backs. Johnson rushed 29 times for 173 yards. The senior also found the end zone four times to lead the Warriors to a 47-23 win over Unioto on Homecoming night in Frankfort.
The Huntington junior led her team to a 4-1 week including a big win over Unioto on Thursday night. In that win, Fultz recorded 22 kills, 19 digs, 7 total blocks, and 15 points including two aces. Fultz is currently in the top seven of the SVC in kills, digs, and blocks per game.

Ben Jones, Zane Trace (Football): The fine running back/linebacker for the Pioneers found the end zone three times as ZT snapped WF's 29 game SVC winning streak.

Adrian Ross, Unioto (Cross Country):
The sophomore won the Ross County Invite on Saturday with a time of 16:05. Ross enters next week's SVC Meet as a heavy favorite to repeat as the SVC Runner of the Year.

Ried Hutchison, Adena (Football): Last week's winner was pushing his teammate this week. Hutchison scored three touchdowns while gaining 140 yards on just 14 carries.

Wes Parker, Paint Valley (Football): The senior rushed for 139 yards and a touchdown in Friday's 26-20 loss to Piketon. Parker also brought back the opening kickoff of the second half for a score.

Adam Cottrill, Southeastern (Football): The junior gained 96 yards on the ground while rushing and catching a TD in Friday's 33-6 win over Huntington.

Vinnie Williamson, Westfall (Football): The senior quarterback threw for 324 yards and a touchdown in Friday's loss. Williamson also ran for a touchdown and threw two, two-point conversions.
Jess Roepke, Zane Trace (Volleyball): Last week's winner almost pulled off a back-to-back.  Roepke record a career high 23 kills while also adding 22 digs and five blocks in a tight, five-set loss to Unioto.

Catherine Dresbach, Southeastern (Volleyball):
In three matches this week, Dresbach recorded 49 kills and 62 digs. She also finished 13th overall in the Ross County Cross Country Invite.

Erin Bane, Unioto (Soccer): The super sophomore led her team to three more wins this week. Unioto is now 12-2-1 as Bane has found the net 32 times this season.

Kaitlin Duarte, Southeastern (Volleyball): Finishing just behind her teammate Dresbach this week was SE's senior setter. Duarte dished out 94 assists this week in just nine sets of action.

Kenly Stidham, Unioto (Volleyball): The Unioto 5-1 setter had 65 assists and 36 digs this week while leading Unioto to a big, five-set win over ZT Tuesday before falling in four sets to Huntington on Thursday.

Hannah Halcomb, Adena (Volleyball): The Adena setter dished out nearly 10 assists per game this week while recording 11 aces as well. Adena locked up another title this week while only allowing their opponents 44 total points in six sets of play.

Jenna Wiget, Zane Trace (Volleyball): Another setter in the voting this week as Wiget recorded a career-high 44 assists in Tuesday's loss to Unioto. ZT responded with a win over SE on Thursday.

Morgan Gumm, Unioto (Soccer): A large part of Unioto's great season is the play of Gumm. This week she dished out seven assists for the Lady Shermans.
