SVC fans, I know it is cold outside, and if you are like me, you
are itching for an excuse to get the golf clubs out a few times
throughout the winter. I have great news! Crown Hill Golf Club
(located at 9500 U.S. Route 22 West in Williamsport – just
minutes from Route 104) has a great opportunity for golfers of
all skill levels. Crown Hill’s new indoor simulator gives players a
chance to simply hit balls with instant feedback on speed,
clubface alignment at impact, and other great analysis. I know a
lot of golfers will enjoy this feedback, but rather than practice,
you want to play! The simulator allows you to get the same
feedback while playing some of the top courses in the world (36
choices in all).

Why wait until spring? Crown Hill Golf Club is less than an hour
away (only about 30 minutes from Chillicothe) from anywhere in
the SVC, and you can prepare to play your favorite local course
by tackling the likes of Pebble Beach, TPC Myrtle Beach,
Rancho La Quinta, Harbour Town Golf Links, and more!

THE BEST NEWS OF ALL would have to be the pricing and
the pace of play. This experience cost less than normal golf
pricing throughout the year, and the time needed to play a
round is much less than normal. What you need to do for
more details is call the course at 740-986-GOLF (4653). Ask
for Dave or Kevin and tell them SVCsportszone.com sent
you!

SHOW 111: NOW READY FOR FANS TO CLICK AND LISTEN

Scheduling seems to be on the mind of coaches, administrators, and fans this
week as people want to talk SVC All-Day Event, as well as, the boys playing
in the Friday/Saturday format and the impact it is having on the race.

The inbox also wants to start the debate of POY and all-league selection for
boys and girls, and Liar, Liar Stripes on Fire will ask: Just what does it take
to be a good official? Beyond the stripes, Jeremy will also take a possible
uncomfortable question from the point of an administrator in reaction to last
week’s crowd behavior discussion.
